Fortune Cookie Numbers
Can a restaurant be lucky? More specifically, can the “lucky†numbers you get when you open a fortune cookie at a Chinese restaurant actually put cash in your pocket? Before the other night, I would say probably not. However, I was told an interesting story and it made me wonder if there was some sort of aura surrounding a particular restaurant in Las Vegas.
The other night I went out to eat at a popular location in Summerlin (Las Vegas). The restaurant was PF Chang’s China Bistro. If you’ve eaten at a PF Changs, you know why it’s popular. I’m not sure about the ones elsewhere, but the PF Changs in Summerlin is always packed—I mean always. So, I was sitting down enjoying a smooth cup of Oolong tea with a worker at a Keno lounge in a popular Las Vegas Casino. We were talking about some of the regular Keno players to this casino when I was told something interesting.
