Easy Craps Method

If so, this article is for you. As a Craps professional and former Craps dealer, I am going to share with you my easy Craps method. By using my easy Craps method, you will be able to walk up to any Craps table in the world for the very first time and feel at ease. You will also stand a good shot at winning some money.

Craps is a game that’s full of wagering opportunities. It can be mighty confusing at first, but it doesn’t have to be. Most people get confused and intimidated, because they try to embrace all of the information at once. My easy Craps method is not going to talk about hop bets, don’t pass bets, horn bets and other non-essential bets to having a good time and making money. The goal of my easy Craps method is to get you to the Craps table where you can understand what you are doing, enjoy the game you are playing and make some good old fashion cash.

I want to make one thing clear to you. Never be afraid to ask any Craps dealer a question. They are there to help you learn and have fun. During my time as a Craps dealer, not one day passed where I didn’t have to teach at least a couple people how to play the game. If you walk up to a Craps table, black out and forget where, for example, the pass line is, just ask. Speaking of the pass line, it’s the main focus of my each Craps method. The pass line is the first item on the Craps layout. It sprawls the entire layout and says “pass line” right on it.

When you make a bet on the pass line, you are hoping that the shooter, which is the person throwing the dice, hits the number before he or she rolls a seven. There are six possible points—4,5,6,8,9 and 10. Once a point has been established, you can put odds down behind your bet. Never lay down additional money on top of your pass line bet. If you do, it becomes part of that bet and can’t be removed. You can always make a pass line bet. This means that if you follow my easy Craps method, you can’t make a mistake—and you will look good playing.

Easy Craps Method Steps (Real Casino)

Step One: Walk up to the Craps table and get your spot.

Step Two: Take out some money so you can get chips. While the dice are still in the center of the table, throw your money down and say “change” or “check change.” This is important—keep your hands out of the field of play. Keep your hands from going over the rail. Once the dealer pushes your chips out, grab them if the dice are still in the center of the table. If the dice were just given to the shooter, stand back and wait.

Step Three: We now have our money. This is a piece of cake so far. Next, place a bet on the pass line. Again, it’s the long line in front of you that says pass line. You will notice that many other players are betting on it as well.
That’s all there is to it. If you win, collect your winnings and leave your original bet there. Should you lose, place another bet. While you are playing Craps, pay attention to other ways players are betting. Watch what causes people to win and lose. In time, you will start to pick up how to place other bets. Eventually, you will be deep in the world of Craps. Every journey starts with one step.
